1. Can I get some samples for test?
A: Yes, we can supply samples for quality check and market test. It usually takes about 7 days to finish the samples depending on different models.

2. What's your MOQ?
A: one or two samples are OK.

3. What's the lead time?
A: It usually takes about 20 to 40 days to finish the production after receiving the deposit.

4. How do you ship the goods?
A: We ship samples by EMS, TNT, DHL or Fedex, for bulk orders they will be shipped by sea.

5. Can you change configuration for me?
A : Yes, we can change configuration based on customers' request

6. Can you do our logo or brand on the bikes?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM orders are welcomed.
