SD-D Adjustable Swirl
An extremely effective supply diffuser creating minimal draughts
Perfect for areas where occupant comfort is paramount

An extremely effective supply diffuser, swirl diffusers create a swirling throw which pulls in surrounding air quickly. This helps to eliminate cold spots which can cause discomfort to room occupants. The turbulent throw also slows the supplied air down rapidly, helping to avoid draughts.
With a 595mm square overall size, all HVAC Swirl Diffusers are designed for use in a 600mm square ceiling system.
Description
Swirl Diffusers have an adjustable core and are available in six core designs; 8, 12, 24, 32, 36 and 48 slot. All slots are fitted with a rear mounted adjustable blade allowing throw to be directed right, straight down or left. Diffusers do not have an integrated spigot and therefore require a plenum box for connection to ductwork.
For supply air having fully adjustable air pattern blades whilst maintaining the air distribution benefits of a swirl diffuser. Its adjustable blades offer the flexibility required to overcome problems with the supply of warm and cool air into a modern office application.
Construction
From powder coated pressed steel with adjustable plastic black blades as standard.
Grilles are pressed sheet steel powder coated white as standard.

Swirl diffusers are offered with specially designed and constructed plenum boxes to suit.
