 A.Process flow  for pe pipe production machine

Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker

B.Characteristics 

• Capacity: single screw extruder, suitable to process PE resin with high capacity, max 1000kg/h.Diameter: from 16 to 800mm
• Adopts reasonable design, absorbing safe producing technology, acquiring CE certificate

C.Description 

This pe pipe extrusion line can be used in HDPE Large Diameter Gas and Water Pipe which have excellent stiffness and flexibility, heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, resistance of environmental stress cracks, resistance to creep deformation, heat-linkage, and so on. So, this pipe production line is a preferred gas and water pipe for ductwork system between city and its suburb, Large diameter HDPE pipes start to play very important role in the city water and gas supply systems.

◊   Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 month since installation finish and machine normal working. During this guarantee period, SEVENSTAR will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. 

◊  Long-term service:

SEVENSTAR will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond guarantee time and provide long-term technical guide.
