Introduction

YK11, known as YK-11, or (17-alpha,20E) 17,20-[(1-methoxyethylidene)bis(oxy)] 3-oxo-19-norpregna-4,20-diene 21-carboxylic acid methyl ester as its chemical name, is the newest ingredient in the family in recent years. YK11 is said to be the most potent  without serious side effects such as hair loss, aggression, prostate enlargement, etc. DHT is something people talk with when come across YK11. The YK11 molecular is C25H34O6, molecular weight is 430.53. However, the CAS number of YK11 is not unified. One is 137003-76-1;the other is 431579-34-9.

YK-11 is a synthetic, steroidal selective androge receptor modulator. It is a gene-selective partial agonist of the androgen receptor (AR) and does not induce the physical interaction between the NTD/AF1 and LBD/AF2 (known as the N/C interaction), which is required for full transactivation of the AR. The drug has anabolic activity in vitro in C2C12 myoblasts and shows greater potency than dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in this regard.

YK11 induces muscle cells to make even more than DHT does (a strong myostatin inhibitor). By working through the androgen receptor, YK 11 is able to product effects just as powerful.
