heating by electric pipe , 2 pcs 6KW heating pipe in the jacket . Cooling by water .

The machine is made of stainless steel . There are three layers . The inner layer is SUS304 , thickness :4 mm . The middle and out layers are made of SUS304 , thickness :3 mm . 

The legs and electric case are made of SUS304 .
