The rapid PCR detection reagent kit has the advantages of high accuracy, high sensitivity and fast reaction time. It can be used to detect specific RNA in bronchitis lavage fluid, sputum, swab and tracheal aspirate samples by qPCR. This kit provides a high-throughput, fast solution for screening and detecting the new virus in medical observation and suspected populations.

This kit is highly specific and covers key genes of the new virus disease genome that are highly conserved. The reagent contains internal standard, which can effectively monitor the experimental process. One-step rapid RT-qPCR was used to complete the detection within one hour.

This kit detects the presence of the new virus nucleic acid by sampling samples such as throat swabs. To ensure high specificity, two key genes are included for detection;the ORFlab and the N gene, that are highly conserved in the new virus disease genome, which can exclude the risk of cross contamination from other highly homologous viruses.
