- Dielectric in a Capacitor must not leak and Capacitor circuit must not be open-circuit, breakdown, and flashover during to the test at 85°C and supply AC power 50 Hz to Capacitor.

-A cable used with capacitor(if any) must not be damaged during the test.

-Capacitance during Before and after heatingmust be difference less than the value in the table
