The floating ball valve is floating in the medium under pressure, can produce a certain displacement of the sphere and pressed on the sealing surface of the outlet end, the outlet end of the guarantee seal.
The floating ball valve has a simple structure and good sealing performance, but the load of the sphere bearing the working medium is all transmitted to the outlet sealing ring. Therefore, it is necessary to consider whether the sealing ring material can withstand the working load of the sphere medium. When subjected to a higher pressure impact , The sphere may shift. This structure is generally used for medium and low pressure ball valves.
The main feature of the ball valve is its compact structure, reliable sealing, simple structure and convenient maintenance. The sealing surface and the spherical surface are always in a closed state, which is not easy to be eroded by the medium. It is easy to operate and maintain. It is suitable for general work such as water, solvent, acid and natural gas. It is also suitable for media with harsh working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene, etc., and is widely used in various industries. The ball valve body can be integral or combined.
Features
Among various valves, the flow resistance of the ball valve is the smallest. When the full-diameter ball valve is opened, the diameter of the ball channel, the valve body channel and the connecting pipe are equal and form one diameter, and the medium can flow through almost without loss.

1. Advanced valve seat: The valve seat designed based on many years of ball valve manufacturing experience ensures valve sealing, low friction coefficient, small operating torque, multiple valve seat materials, and a wide range of applications.
2. Error-free handle for switching: The flat-head valve stem is used, and the connection with the handle will not be misaligned, so as to ensure that the switching state indicated by the handle is consistent with the valve.
3. Locking device: In order to prevent misoperation of the valve switch, there are locking holes in the fully open and fully closed positions of the valve to ensure that the valve is in the correct position.
4. Valve stem anti-flying structure: The valve stem is a bottom-mounted type to prevent it from flying out under pressure. At the same time, it can form metal contact with the valve body after a fire to ensure the valve stem is sealed.
5. The ball valve uses a sphere with a circular through hole as the opening and closing part. The sphere rotates around the center of the valve stem by 0 to 90 degrees under the drive of the valve stem to complete the opening and closing function; it has the characteristics of compact structure and rapid opening and closing, and rotates 90 degrees. It can close the valve and cut off the pipeline medium; the diameter of the sphere channel is the same as that of the pipeline, the flow resistance is small, and the flow capacity is large; the valve stem is a bottom-mounted type, which eliminates the occurrence of accidents of the valve stem and ensures the safety of use .
