FLAME RESISTANT CONVEYOR BELT 

Feature

Flame resistant conveyor belt is widely applied for the transportation in metallurgy, casting, cement and chemical industry whtn the temperature is up to 180-220 cnetigrade and 600 centigrade in a short time. 

This belt adapts heat resistant GF druid textile and high strength polyester druid is installed on the surface of working area. Some special ingredients are input into the cover rubber, and its surface will form one carbonzied layer when the conveying materials with very high temperature. Some of cohesive indgredients between layers can ensure the good cohesion incase of disintegration of the layers, which result in long-lasting performance and good reliability.

GF means the flame resistant material inside. EP200 is the inside fabric material. 4 means one ply of GF material and 3 plies of EP fabric. 7+3mm means tthe top and bottom rubber cover thickness.
