PREHEATING PROCEDURE OF CRUCIBLE USED FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. After the crucible is put into the furnace, the crucible is heated slowly, and the temperature reaches 200 ºCC after two hours to remove the warm gas in the crucible
2. Then the crucible was heated to 600 ºC after 15 hours with low power, and then the temperature was 950 ºC after half an hour with full heating power, holding for about 1.hour. In this way, the glaze layer can be fully melted, the oxidation resistance can be mproved, and the maximum service life of the crucible can be ensured
3. Heat preservation for 1 hour before feeding as required
4. The curve is shown in the green line

THE PREHEATING PROCEDURE FOR REUSING THE CRUCIBLE IS AS FOLLOWS
1. Firstly, the crucible is heated slowly, and the temperature reaches 600 ºC aftertwo hours to remove the moisture in the crucible. At the same time, the glaze layer and anti-oxidation coating on the surface of the crucible are fully sintered to prevent oxidation and prolong the service life of the crucible
2. Then continue heating, and make the temperature reach 950 ºC after half an hour, holding for about 1 hour.
3. Heat preservation for 1 hour before feeding as required
4. The curve is shown in the red line Metal Melting High Temperature Resistant Graphite Products Furnace Crucible Graphite Crucible Clay Crucible Silicon Carbide CrucibleMetal Melting High Temperature Resistant Graphite Products Furnace Crucible Graphite Crucible Clay Crucible Silicon Carbide CrucibleMetal Melting High Temperature Resistant Graphite Products Furnace Crucible Graphite Crucible Clay Crucible Silicon Carbide CrucibleMetal Melting High Temperature Resistant Graphite Products Furnace Crucible Graphite Crucible Clay Crucible Silicon Carbide CrucibleThe crucibles produced by our company are suitable for melting aluminum, copper, gold, silver and other non-ferrous metals, and are exported to many foreign countries and have gained a good reputation.

About packaging:

The products in the wooden packing box are packed in PE moisture-proof bags. Or can be customized according to your requirements

Our strengths:
1,Long life :Crucible life is 2-5 times longer than ordinay
2,Resistance to chemical attack :Advanced materials and glaze recipes, effectively resistance to chemical erosion
3,High thermal conductivity Usingnatural grephite materials and isostatic pressing, thin crucible wall, fast heat conduction
4,Resistance to high temperature: Crucible temperature range 400-2000ºC
5,Energy-saving :Crucible made of high thermal conductivity material can bring a large number of energy savings for users in the production process.
6,Less pollution :Because of the choice of high purity inorganic material ,little or no harmful impurities into products in the metal melting process
7,Good oxidation resistance :The appearance of a crucible has multi-special glaze layers ,ciupled with the molding material compact ,greatly improving the corrosion resistance of the product, and extending the life of the crucibleMetal Melting High Temperature Resistant Graphite Products Furnace Crucible Graphite Crucible Clay Crucible Silicon Carbide CrucibleMetal Melting High Temperature Resistant Graphite Products Furnace Crucible Graphite Crucible Clay Crucible Silicon Carbide CrucibleTHE COMMON PROBLEM an ALYSIS
Slow heat conduction
Not preheating according to the standard procedure
Slag influences heat conduction
The crucible has reached its service

Crucible corrosion
Adding flux before metal is molten or excessive use of flux
Certain fluxes contain corrosion substances
Fuel containing corrosive substances
Abnormal high-temperature operation may result in glaze layer smelting resembling corrosion

Top problems
Repeatadly top impacted on top area cause oxidation
Slage accumulated arround the top area or between the top area and the furnace cover
Small gape between the top and the furnace coverlow temperature on top area
Contacting with some matels with lager heat exchanging coefficients
Excentral installation cause not enough space between the top and fueace

Excessive oxidation
Flame in furnace against the bottom of the crucible directLow temperature in the top area
Overheated working temperatureHoisting or moving improperly damagesglaze lager
The emergent drain hole is open

Exliosion
Heating rapidly while the crucible has damped during transportation or storage
Over rapid heating-up during preheating procedure
The added materials are not completely dried

Middle or bottom craks
Lmpacted during transportation or installation
Crucible should be placed in the middle of the furnace stack smoothly and stably
An improper graphite stand is uesd
The existence of great thermal difference in the furnace
Matel ingots in the crucible filled horizontally or diagonally
Metal materials overfilled
Leftover slag or molten matal in the crucible
