Guarantee term:
1. Under the guarantee terms right here, if the product have a failure occurs under the normal-use inside this guarantee period, we will provide the replacement free of charge based on the proof-photos and details.
2. If the damages of these furniture products due to the incorrect operation, the rough-handling, or anything doesn't follow our instruction,we will provide the new item with all charges paid in your side.

How about the LCL order and FCL order?
LCL means total quantity of the order can`t reach a full 20FT container, the price term will turn into EXW (RMB, without tax) automatically. Here just provide the completed products inside our factory, but no responsibility for any other process of the trading such as custom-declaration handling and trucking.
The quotation is based on the large quantity (40FT container FCL). If it's not, then it will exist the FOB Local Charge as 500USD/20GP.
The FCL order in FOB term will be fully responsible in our side, according to the international trade-law.

Question 2. We are the buyers, but can you accept the EUR Currency into the new order?
Answer 2: Yes, this is no problem right here at our factory. Not only EUR we accept, but also the HKD, USD, RMB here is also no problem. Just let us know in advance and shoot emails to us at the first place.

Question 3. Besides the production of the goods, which service does your factory provide ?
Answer 3: Our factory provides the below services:
(1) Before-sale service:
Your requirement related to the product at our factory, the quotation will be offered for you at the soonest and no problem to send you the PI within one hour.
Experienced staff are ready to answer back about your inquiries right here.
Provide the high resolution pictures, function-showing videos and specification of the product guide you to figure out more about our furniture.

(2) After-sale service:
If you open the carton finding out the damage or missing part, then just take a photo and send emails to us and here will handle it. Of course, if you damage the product on purpose, then it is out of our service range. Hope you can understand it and let us go for more cooperation.

Question 4: Delivery time?
Answer 4: Within 29 days on all the products. Here is able to speed up if your purchase-order is very urgent. Tell us about your PO in advance.

Question 5. Any discount?
Answer 5: Firstly the price we quoted are all FOB price (USD). Certainly,our best price is able to offer for you based on the order quantity, so just let us know about your purchase quantity on your selected model number. The discount is ok to provided for one model one 40HQ container and multiple 40HQ containers FCL.

Question 6. What are the sample cost?
Answer 6: Contact our staff firstly right here, and tell out your new-order requiring model number, here will check the sample cost for you. 
(1). If purchasing our regular models, the sample cost could be refunded to customers after confirmed the 40HQ containers FCL orders, the delivery charge is paid by customers. 
(2). For customized sample, the sample fees will be quoted separately by us.

Question 7. Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?
Answer 7: Yes, we can. Customized orders are no problem, so please contact our staff in the first place.

Question 8, How much will the shipping charges be?
Answer 8: It will be according to the volume of your shipment and the shipping method.
When enquiring about the shipping charge and transportation fee, we would like you to let us know more about the detailed information in advance for example your detailed request, the new-order selected model number and the purchasing quantity, consignee, destination port and so on.
