Our mini dairy processing plant is used for fresh milk, yogurt and milk drinks, etc. We have the capacity various from 0.5ton~40tons per hour .
Technical Explanation:
1.Milk receiving system
Cooling mailk storage tank is one main part for milk receiving system, it is used for cooling and storage of fresh milk and other liquid product. Techincal parameters as blews:

2.Milk clarification and standardizaion system
High speed emulsification tank is made of quality stainless steel, with 360 degree cleaning nozzle, polyester insulation, unseal and seal top. The cutting head is fabricated with advanced technique, which creats extreme strong 25 ºC can be mixed as an even colloid.

3.Sterilizing system
This plate type UHT sterilizer can be applied in production of milk and juice beverage. It can be connected with aseptic filling machine. The product shelf life can reach up to 3~6 months. It can be connected with centrifuge degasser and flash evaporator. The capacity can be controlled by flow controller and homogenizer when adopt full flow homogenzation method. Heat recovery efficiency is reached to 90%, because heating and cooling for material is done during heating recovery stage.
