Fruit Vegetable Juice Pasteurization Machine
The juice pasteurization machine as pasteurizer is widely used in fresh milk,milk beverage,juice,tea, alcohol, ice cream and other materials with heat sensitivity, and also pre-sterilize material when produce pasteurized milk(long life milk),etc.
1.Explanation:
1).The pasteurization machine plates and stainless steel pipes are made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel.
2).The temperature of material inlet is 5ºC.
The sterilization technology :Fresh milk 120ºC/15s and yogurt 95ºC/300s.
The temperature of material outlet is 5ºC/45ºC.
3).The steam system adopts SPIRAXSARCO steam pressure relief valve, regulating valve and denmark tempress temperature sensor.
4).The small milk pasteurization machine control cabinet adopts Japan Fuji temperature controller and Schneider electric elements.
5).The small milk pasteurization machine system has such functions as high temperature alarm and low temperature return flow, which have strictly guaranteed that all discharged materials confirm to required technology paramters.
