How about our payment?
As usual, the payment term is as followed:
 
1)40% of the total payment is to be paid within one week after the sign of the contract.
 
2)Your company will be informed to come to check the equipmentsthat have been finished
 
   ex workand quality confirmation is to be signed by both companies if there is no disagreement 3)55% of the total payment is to be paid before delivery.
 
  The last 5% of the total payment is to be paid one-off in three months when the equipmentsare    well operated as promised in the contract.
