3,Ram strecture                                  

Upper stroke design for bending, low noise, stable operating situation               

3.1 Y1,Y2 can be programmed separately, can work under non-balance load, can bend cone-shape work piece.

3.2 At bottom dead center a pressure-keeping time is offered, and can be programmed to assure precision of all kinds of work piece

3.3Able to move the ram up slowly, which allow the operator to control work piece conveniently

 

4,Hydraulic system

4.1 Close loop electro-hydraulic synchronized servo-control system, the most advanced

4.2 Hydraulic system is from HOERBIGER, Germany.                       

4.3 Imported GIVI linear optical reader,guiding system,positioning system and hydraulic balancing system with high precision, which all can permit the processing work piece of full length or with eccentric.

4.4 Outfit with "C" is at throat, as deformation compensation on throat, directly measuring the distance between upper tool and low die, assuring the precision of work piece.

4.5 Special treatment about the cylinder--rough treatment--hardening--inner grinding--inner Float boring, make the inner side of the cylinder with high precision and wear resistant

4.6 Pipe fitting and seals of hydraulic system is imported from foreign country, good quality and high performance

4.7 Hydraulic connector are imported from foreigh country,with good quality

4.8 Overload overflow protection is outfitted to hydraulic system, which can assure no leakage.

4.9 Oil level can be read or seen directly

4.10 Being able to work continuously under rated load and hydraulic system shall have no any leakage, stable working, high precision positioning

 

5,Back gauge

5.1 Good for work piece needing multiple steps of bending with high precision requirement

5.2 The speed of backgauge is fastest,and the precision is best in the domestic market

5.3 X axis of back gauge is moved with ball screw, guided by linear guide, and driven by digital AC servo-motor. Back gauge is driven by digital AC servo motor

5.4 Back gauge beam is tank structure,with good enough mechanical strength and rigidity              

5.5 Particular finger-stop design, enlarge the range of back gauge.

7,Crowning Compensation
