Description
The fibers, 250µm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The cable core center is a non-metallic reinforcing core. To some cable core, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the non-metal reinforced core. The loose tube and filler is twisted around the center reinforcement core into a compact and circle cable core, the cable core gap is filled with water blocking filler. APL is longitudinally packed and extruded with a polyethylene inner sheath, and then PSP is longitudinally wrapped and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.
