[Pharmacological Effects] According to literature reports, diclofenac sodium in this product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug derived from phenylacetic acid. Its action mechanism is to inhibit the activity of cycoxidase, thus blocking the conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandin. At the same time, it can promote the binding of arachidonic acid to triglycerides, reduce the concentration of free arachidonic acid in cells, and indirectly inhibit the synthesis of leukotriene. Among the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, diclofenac sodium has a stronger inhibitory effect on prostaglandin synthesis than aspirin and indomethacin. Chlorpheniramine maleate antagonizes histamine allergic reaction by antagonizing H1 receptor, and does not affect histamine metabolism or prevent histamine release in vivo. It also has M choline receptor blocking and central inhibition. Artificial bezoar has antipyretic, analgesic, sedative, anti-inflammatory and other effects.
