Worksite requirements
The worksite needs to meet following basic requirements:
 a)  Ambient temperature between -40ºC~40ºC;
 b)  Relative humidity less than 95%(35ºC);
 c)  Site elevation not higher than 2500m;
 d)  For outdoor installation, simple rain shelter is required.

Gas requirements
1m from genset's pressure regulating valve of inlet
1. Pressure of natural gas: 80~300kPa
2. CH4 content of natural gas≥70%
3. H2S≤20mg/Nm3
4. Impurities particle size≤5μm, impurity content≤30mg/Nm3

It depends on your order. The delivery time is within 40 workdays after we received your prepayment. If you have place an order of large quantities, then ,of course, the price can be lowered.
 
3. Can you supply some quick-wear spare  parts?
Yes, we can supply the genset parts as your request,such as piston, piston ring, cylinder block assembly and crankshaft assembly , oil sump assembly , injection pump assembly, all kinds of engine spare parts, Mechanical governor assembly , bearings, etc
 
4. How is the service?
 
We offer installation,repair and maintain service abroad. And online guide service if needed anytime. Our before-sale, in-sale and after-sale service are all trustable, you can name it. 
 
5. What is the warranty? 
 
One  year. Inside this 1 year, we offer all spare parts free of charge. After this period, spare      parts are not free. But, a set of spare parts will be shipped together with machine free.
