Packaging & Shipping

In terms of packaging, hot melt book binding adhesive is usually packed in kraft paper bags, and normally, each bag weighs about 25kgs. The packaging ways, materials, patterns, and weights can be customizable.

In terms of shipping, for large quantity, it usually goes by sea and can be delivered within 30 days; for samples, it normally goes by air and can be delivered within 7 days. The normal shipping port is Shanghai. If need, can ship from other ports.

We, Shanghai Rocky Adhesives Co.,Ltd, starts the production of adhesives since 1995. Up to now, we owns two factories with advanced production equipment and detection instrument. The Shanghai factory has a workshop of more than 10,000 square meters with annual productivity of 20,000 tons. The Chengdu factory has a workshop of more than 30,000 square meters with annual productivity of 50,000 tons of adhesives. Rocky is one of the most largest production bases of high grade hot melt adhesives and water based adhesives.Its customers can be found in 31 provinces around China. Meanwhile, its products have been exported to Russia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Middle East, South America, etc.

Quality Control

Shanghai Rocky Adhesives Co.,Ltd. has passed the certification of ISO9001:2008 quality management system and has formulated HSE Standard management system(healthy, safe, eco-friendly). Its water based and hot melt adhesives were tested and identified by authentication and ITS, which are accordant with contents of 58 kinds of SHVC specified by European Chemicals Agency, REACH regulation and RoHS and do not contain phthalic ester, heavy metal, toxic substances and substances harmful to the ozone layer etc.


 

Q1: How long can we get the samples?

A: We will send out samples within 3 days after order confirmed, and rest time depends on the speed of express company and the distance,  totally around 7 days.

Q2: Can we palce order below 1,000kgs

A: Yes, but the unit price will be a little higher than normal since the unit cost of this order rises.

Q3: Can you make special packing for us? 

A: Yes, we can pack goods in blank bag/carton, and stick paper label writing with what you want.  Other special packing depends 
on the difficulty and cost.

Q4: Can we buy through our China office?

A: Of course, please kindly provide us the contact information of your China office.

Q5: How can we visit your company?

A: We're located in Shanghai city. Our factory is near to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway station and Hongqiao airport. We can pick up you form nearby railway station and airport.

Q6: Are you factory or trader?
A: We are 100% factory, factory and office are at same place, you can verify we are manufacturing type company from our from our business certificate, certificate of origin, address, map, onsite pictures, packaging, etc.
