Why Need Rexon Oil Purifier?
Present and future transformer ratings require high quality and high purity insulating oils at the point of use. The increasing voltage and rating of the modern transformer and electrical apparatus results in greater electrical stress in insulating material and fluids. To handle these greater stresses, oils with better dielectric qualities are required. Also lower residual water content in insulating fluids and material must be maintained. The proper treatment and upgrading of the insulating fluid will result in the improvement of the properties of the entire insulating media of power transformers. The principal functions of the insulating fluid are to serve as a dielectric material and as an effective coolant. To perform these functions, the insulating fluid must have the necessary qualities at the time of initial impregnation and filling at the factory and later maintain the same quality in the field operation.
Rexon's High Vacuum Oil Purifier upgrades the new or used electrical insulating fluids including transformer oils, polybutenes. These systems and equipment were developed as a result of 50 years of experience in vacuum treatment of electric insulating fluids.
Application:
The Transformer Oil regeneration system (Series ZYD) has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers especially for the power, which is over 110KV.
Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. The ZYD system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.
This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. After treating, the oil can be reused as new. For special application, the system also can be mounted on a leak proof base and can be installed and operated on a trailer.
Specifications
This Transformer Oil Vacuum Evaporation Plant used in:
1, Remove water content from the oil, can deal with the tiny water which cannot be seen by the eyes, the index reach 3-5 PPM.
2, Remove the waste gas from the oil, which made the oil bad smelling and damage the oil specification.
3, The impurities after treat just 1um.
4, With the BZ oil regeneration system, can refine the oil color to colorless, like the water.
5, The breakdown voltage after treated, can be 65-75KV.
6, It is largely used in the area of electric factory, station and company, transformer industry, railway, petrochemical industry, metallurgy etc.

REXON ZYD vacuum oil purifier is made up of ultra-strong vacuum system (one rotary vane vacuum pump and one Roots pump/air compressor), electronic control system, PLC program, constant temperature heating system, three high Precision filtration system, oil high and low liquid level detection indicator, vacuum degree detection indicator, automatic d-foaming device, alarm system, automatic protection system and so on.
This insulation oil purifier equipment can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength, effectively making sure electric equipment working safely and normally.
