zp-27D is the fourth Generation rotary tablet press machine and it is suitable for continuously pressing powder and particle into round-shaped tablets, special-shaped tablets, double color and annular tablet.This tablet making machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, electronics, food and other enterprises in production. ZP-27D is also suitable for pressing that material which is difficult formed into tablets and it meets the requirements of GMP production.
With large output, high efficiency and high cost performance, This tablet pill making machine adopts double pressure mode. Under the same speed, the output is twice than that of single pressure, the dies are 27.The maximum pressure is 120KN and the maximum tablet diameter is 25mm, the maximum output is about 55000/hour, the maximum filling depth is 35mm, and the maximum tablet thickness 17mm.
This automatic tablet making machine meets the requirements of GMP. The whole shell consists of stainless steel, and the chamber is separated from the outside environment by organic glass with nice sealing.All the contacting parts of the pill press machine meet the requirements of "no poison, no odor and corrosion prevention". The turntable of ZP-27D is made of nodular cast iron and strictly implemented for 12 months, which is hard, wearable, non-toxic and smooth.
