Application: Mainly used for the overall tension of group anchors, saving steel strands, mostly used in bridge construction, with prestressed anchors and tensioning equipment and other products.
Working principle: When tensioning the prestressing tendons, the tensioning cylinder oil inlet oil and the top pressure cylinder oil returning oil, the top pressure oil cylinder, the connecting sleeve and the support sleeve are connected into one body and the right side is moved against the anchor ring; the tensioning oil cylinder and the end cap nut And the plug and the piercing sleeve are integrated to drive the tool anchor to move the tensioning tendon to the left; when the anchoring is anchored, under the condition that the tension is kept stable, the jacking nozzle is filled with oil, and the piston, the protective sleeve and the top are pressed. The pressure head is connected to the right and the clip is strongly pushed into the anchor ring; at this time, the oil is pulled back from the oil cylinder, the oil is pushed into the pressure cylinder, and the hydraulic stroke of the cylinder is pulled. Finally, the tension cylinder and the top pressure cylinder oil are simultaneously returned to the oil, and the top pressure piston is reset by the spring force.For large-span structures, long steel wire bundles, etc., it is advisable to use a Hydraulic stressing Jack.
