PRODUCT OVERVIEW


Single screw pump is a new type of pump with swing mesh positive rotary principle, whose main components are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed lining (stator).
Thanks to the special geometrical shape of the two components, which respectively form a sealed cavity alone. The pump medium steadily flow ahead along the axial with low internal flow rate, volume remains constant. With the stable pressure, phenomenon of vortex and agitation could not happen.
The pump consist of less parts and has advantages of compact structure, small volume and easy repair. The rotor and the stator are quick- wear parts. But it is a pump with simple structure, convenient assembly and disassembly.
