  • The telescopic cage use for the telescoping of the section.the telescoping procedure compirses 3 distinct phases:
    1.Prepare the crane for the telescoping 
    2.Crane balancing,the crane balancing is obtained by moving the trolley .latter can carry an appropriate 
    load.
    3.The telescoping operation consists in providing ,by successive telescoping phases sufficient spare 
    between the yongmao telescope mastd part and the tower so as to be able to introduce a mast secion.

  • The telescopic cage has all been processed by the overall shot blasting process and the achievement has no appearance. 
  • All telescopic climbing cage are strictly tested before leaving the factory to ensure the safety and stability of the structure.

      Each mast section is equipped with an inclined ladder and one hot galvanized rest platform per 3 meters, super safe for climbing, the mast section are L46A1, L68A1, L68B1, L68B2, L69 type, which can be global interchangeable.
     We adopt three layer coating processing imported from KCC brand ,first layer in grey as primer which is epoxy zinc-rich primer, the second layer is intermediate coat which is PU coat ,the third is pu finshing coat ,the thickness about 140-220um ,to ensure the strong adhesion ,highly improved service life .
Packing details: For save space,outside climbing cage and inside basic section.

2. How can I be sure the part will fit my tower crane?
Give us correct model number/machine serial number/ any numbers on the parts itself. Or measure the parts give us dimension or drawing.

3. How about the payment terms?
We usually accept T/T or Trade Assurance. other terms also could be negotiated.

4. What is your minimum order?
It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is one 20' full container and LCL container (less than a container load) can be acceptable.

5. What is your delivery time?
FOB Shenzhen or any Chinese port : 20 days . If there are any parts in stock , our delivery time is only 0-7 days.

6. What about Quality Control?
We have a perfect QC system for the perfect products. A team who will detect the  product quality and specification piece carefully, monitoring every production     process until packing is complete, to ensure product safety into container.
