The single-sided wall formwork is designed for wall structure which formwork can only be erected in one side. Concrete pressure will be transferred to foundation via bracket of single-sided wall formwork.The pouring height is adjustable, the maximum height of a single pouring is 8.0m.

The formwork is always used in the concrete pouring of basement, subway, sewage treatment factory, culvert, retaining wall etc.

  • Supporting bracket system
Supporting bracket system include basic supporting bracket 4.5m, basic supporting bracket 5.5m and heightened supporting bracket, Different concrete height can be poured with different support bracket combination.
  • Forpro large size panel system
Thanks to large dimension size plywood, there is no vertical plywood joint and only one horizontal plywood joint for each single wall formwork unit.
  • Anchoring system
high strength snakelike anchor is applied to guarantee high loadability and small elongation of the anchor rod.

  • Casting height can reach to 4.5m with basic supporting bracket 4.5m
  • Casting height can reach to 5.5m with basic supporting bracket 5.5m
  • Casting height can reach to 8.0m with combination of differenc support bracketing
  • Permitted max concrete pressure is 50KN/m2, special calculation needs to be executed if bigger concrete pressure is required from specific project.
  • Working platform width is 750mm and permitted live load is 1.5KN/m2.
