Overview:

Polymer Composite Polypropylene Fiber Self-Adhesive Waterproof Membrane is a kind of high cost-effective self-adhesive waterproof membrane, which is made of polyethylene polypropylene fiber and rubber asphalt. The coated polyethylene polypropylene fiber is made of modified polyethylene resin as the main waterproof layer (core layer) and polypropylene non-woven fabric as the reinforcing layer (surface layer) by extrusion and calendering composite process.

The product is a kind of synthetic polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane, with strong impermeability, high tensile strength, good low temperature flexibility, small linear expansion coefficient, good chemical resistance, strong deformation adaptability, wide temperature range, non-toxic, long service life and other excellent comprehensive technical properties.

Construction Technology:

Construction process:

Cleaning the base course → preparing cement mortar → node treatment → snapping line → wet laying coiled material → cement mortar → lapping → rolling → sealing and closing

Key Points of Operation:

1. Clean the base course: clean up the floating ash and dirt, mark the base line with membrane, and spray water on the dry base course.

2. Preparation of cement mortar: 32.5R graded ordinary portland cement with water cement ratio of 0.35~0.4 is used. The cement mortar is added into the water and mixed while pouring. The mixing time is about 3~5 minutes. The mixed cement mortar is left for 5~8 minutes.

3. Node treatment: the additional waterproof layer shall be prepared in advance at the position to be strengthened (internal and external corners, construction joints, structural joints, etc.).

Transportation and Storage: 

1. During transportation and storage, products of different types and specifications shall be stacked separately and shall not be mixed.

2. Avoid the sunlight and rain, pay attention to ventilation. When stacked in a single layer, the temperature should not be higher than 45°C.

3. During transportation, it is necessary to prevent inclining or side pressure, and cover with tarpaulin when necessary.

4. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the storage period shall be at least one year from the date of production.
