GY-Filters hydraulic cartridges are built to provide superior protection from particles and contamination that can result in inefficiency, downtime, and excessive repair costs. Proper fluid cleanliness levels are critical for components in the hydraulic fluid stream. Types of filtration media used depend on the application. GY Filters use microglass media, stainless steel mesh, or paper media. Micron ratings range from 250 microns down to 1 micron. These hydraulic cartridges are essential to extending component lifecycles and reducing operating expenses.

Use special filter paper for engine oil. The filter paper features good filtering effect and high temperature resistance,which can better protect yourengine .
The filter barrell adopts 0.8-1.0 rhick filter barrel,which will never be twisted during replacement.Eacch spin-on filter will be pressure tested before leaving the factory, and will be boxed and shipped after reaching the standard.

Woven wire mesh can be formed to many sizes and shapes to allow for different flow dynamics. Since particulate is not embedded in the element, regular cleaning will extend the service life of the elements.




Woven wire mesh is a surface filtration media that removes particulate by stopping it at the surface of the filter media. Unlike its depth filtration based counterparts, woven wire mesh has a known appature size based on the weave selected giving the mesh an "absolute" micron rating. Wire mesh is most commonly manufactured out of 304 or 316 CRES, however, other materials may be used based on application.
