Main structure of Vacuum sintering furnace:
1. Furnace body: double-layer 304 stainless steel water-cooled structure, precision polishing, which is conducive to shortening the air extraction time and easy to clean;
2. Furnace cover: double-layer water-cooled structure, with 304 inner and outer walls and precision polishing treatment, and cooling water in the middle. The furnace cover is equipped with a multi mirror observation window, a furnace cover opening mechanism, etc;
3. Heating and heat preservation: the heating system adopts graphite tube heater, which ensures the best temperature uniformity and the uniform heating of the workpiece, and is convenient for the maintenance and replacement of the heating body. The side and bottom thermal insulation screens are made of composite thermal insulation layer composed of hard felt and soft felt, which are processed into a whole thermal insulation system.
4. Vacuum system: in the whole sintering process, different vacuum units can be configured according to the customer's requirements, and then the vacuum system is composed of high vacuum butterfly valve, electromagnetic vacuum with charging pressure difference valve, vacuum pipeline, stainless steel bellows and rubber sealing ring. In addition, a dual-purpose thermal couple ionization composite vacuum gauge is equipped for vacuum measurement.
5. Gas charging device: mainly composed of gas charging valve, flowmeter, gas charging pipeline, etc., which is used for the atmosphere requirements of argon and nitrogen charging required by sintering process;
6. Water cooling system: the water cooling system is composed of water inlet pipe, return pipe, electric contact pressure gauge, valve, pipeline, etc. when the water pressure is low, it will automatically give an audible and visual alarm, and automatically cut off the heating power function to ensure the safety of the equipment
7. Control system: it is composed of PLC, temperature controller, vacuum gauge, voltage ammeter, DC regulated power supply, air switch, contactor, relay, button, indicator light, etc. to realize power supply, control, record, monitoring, alarm protection functions.
8. Measuring device: there is a temperature measuring device on the vacuum pipe of the furnace body, which can also be used with optical temperature measurement or infrared radiation thermometer (see the optional configuration part for details) to measure the temperature through the inspection window.
