Q:What information should be offered to get quotation more quickly ?
--Book size: customized
--Printing color: Full color or panton color
--Binding : Perfect binding, caseboard, saddle stitching,wire-o or spiral binding
--Surface finishing : Silver,gold foil stamping; matt or glossy lamination ,vanishing,embossing,etc...
--Paper Materials: weight and materials of paper for Cover,text,endpaper,jacket,or your other special requirement
--Your quantity : Important for price ,the price should be much different between 1000,3000,5000.
--Shipping item: EXW Guangzhou, FOB Guangzhou, FOB Shenzhen


Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: If you only want to check the paper and binding quality,we can provide the dummy samples.The dummy samples is free unless it need extra moulds.If you further want to check the printing quality and the printing content,we can provide the digital printing samples.You need pay the digital printing cost about $40-$100 each design.If your printing colours quality is strict,we suggest the machine-printing samples.But almost no person take it  for  the expensive printing cost.
 
 Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A:After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 5 - 7 days and express delivery usually needs around 3-5 day.

Q:Is the sample charge can be refundable?
A:Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you have placed your order, but the sample shipping freight should be deducted.

Q:Can we have our logo or company information to be printed on your products or package?
A:Sure. They can be shown on your products by Hot Stamping, Printing , Embossing, UV Coating, Silk-screen Printing or sticker a label on it.

 Q: What kind of paper can be printed on?
A: We have several kinds of paper material available which depends on your products need, like the wood free paper, art paper, Kraft paper, paper cardboard, fancy paper, special paper and etc.
