The zero-friction telescopic ball valve is a patented product by China GONGNAI Valve Co. Ltd, the core technology concentrate on zero friction telescopic ball valve performance where it unique ball sealing and base sealing performance during the opening and closing process. In its operation, the ball is completely suspended in the body cavity during the movement, complete none friction in the ball operation with the valve base sealing contact, attaining zero rubbing effect. The structure of the core valve and the sealing rigid ball are unique and compensate each other, the gap designed on the top of the ball (along the direction of medium flow) enable it to accommodate changes of sphere size.
Four component mechanism is attached to the top of the sphere to form a unit, and the turning wheel and handle were to enable the valve opening and closing mechanism components, wheel twisting will cause the sphere ball to expanded or shrink according to need of operating use, the changes in dimension of sphere ball in return ensuring the reliabilities of the sealing and zero friction performance.
The external body is made by STL metal, giving it a strong body and resistance to wear and tear, the double sealing at both side giving assurance of sealing conformity , and any one side may back up to the other leaking sealing whenever it occur, minimizing any unwanted losses.
Suitable medium: no granular and non-crystalline oil, gas, water and other kinds of medium.
The prime advantage using Zero Friction Telescopic Ball Valve were,
1/- Fast closing/opening, full turn to open or close is between 3 seconds to 1 minutes.
2/- Sphere response within 1-3 seconds, and life cycle of 10,000 turning.
3/- Durability and lifecycle is 3 times more than other standard valve
Within its unique design, during its operation it can resist and contain high temperature and others factors activities that may cause explosion, ensuring it can be safely use in high pressure and high temperature condition. Resist to build up of substance, compression and pressure, ensuring safety environment
Directions for use:
When the valve is fully open, the handle and piping system are in the same direction, follow the following steps to close the valve -
  1. Turn the wheel handle clockwise to the vertical slot from the bracket to the slot.
  2. Turn the wheel clockwise until it turns its tight, the spheres will be expanded, forcing a complete sealing condition.When the valve is closed and the handle is perpendicular to the pipe, follow the following steps to open the valve 
 
  1. Rotate the wheel counterclockwise, it shrink the sphere size causing it to be suspended and sealing is released,
  2. Rotate the wheel handle 90 degrees counter clockwise, when the handle is in the same direction as the pipe, the valve is open

NOTE: This patented product uses a small torque, it does not need other auxiliary tools to switch off, others tools may damage the valve. Auxiliary tools should be used for switching operation in need of emergency cut off. The product switching time response is from 3 second to 1 minute, enabling the source of danger can be cut off at the fastest speed within the shortest time, serving as a guarantee for the user safety and minimize losses.
