Spheroidizer, also known as rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon alloy, can promote graphite crystallization into spherical additives in ball milling cast iron, generally used in the field of casting cast iron, in the cast iron process, added to the molten iron to make graphite spherical precipitation additives called spheroidizer.
USEAGES
1. Snodulating agent, vermifying agent and inoculant for cast iron.
Magnesium, rare earth and calcium in the spheroidizer have strong desulfurization and deoxygenation in liquid iron.
2. Steelmaking additives: light rare earth magnesium ferrosilicate alloy used in the production of spheroidizing agent, vermiculating agent and inoculant, also used in the production of steel and iron as additives and alloying agent.
For refining, deoxidation, denaturation, neutralization of low melting point harmful impurities (Pb, arsenic, etc.) and solid solution alloying, forming new metal compounds, etc., so as to purify steel.
