1.Reducing weight: With 9.5mm diameter fiber cable,use the smaller QBH,reduce weight and improve customer experience.

2.Change obliquely inserted QBH inlet and outlet to L-shaped.Look more beautiful and more convenient to use.

3.Add safety interlock signal function:When the cabinet door is opened manually,the laser source will cut off the light when the signal is received,improving safety performance.

4.Optimize the optical path to solve the problem of arc crater.The problem of welding spatter is greatly reduced.

5.Equipped with imported fiber core with core diameter of 14um.The welding penetration is deeper,especially welding aluminum will be stronger.

6.Saving space:The laser source of the new welding machine is highly integrated with wire feeding and water chiller.And the volume is more than 46% smaller than the previous volume.

A:  We have laser power from 300-4000w, able to different metals with varied thickness
1. Low power 300W, 500W, 700W, 750W, 1000W, which welds metals lower than 2mm
2. Medium power 1500W, 2000W, able to weld steels up to 4mm

Q: What materials can we weld? What's welding thickness of fiber laser welding machine?
A: Fiber laser welding machine can weld  metal materials, including carbon steel/stainless steel/aluminum/galvanized sheet, but high reflective materials are restricted to be welded with fiber laser, like brass/silver/bronze, if you have such material to cut, please connect us for professional advice
B: Welding thickness from 0.5mm to 4mm according to different laser power.
