Product Description

 Pemetrexed disodium is a tumor treatment drug successfully developed by Eli Lilly and Company. The patent protection period expires in January 2017. Pemetrexed disodium is a multi-target antifolate preparation with pyrromidine group at the core in the structure, and it is a dual inhibitor of nucleotide synthesis Chemicalbook enzyme/dihydrofolate reductase. Inhibition of cell replication by disrupting the normal folate-dependent metabolic process in cells simultaneously blocks three different enzyme targets that are critical for the survival of cancer cells, thereby inhibiting tumor growth.
