Main Ingredients This product mainly into the distribution of profen.
Category of action This product is an over-the-counter antipyretic and analgesic drug.
Indications for the relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, dysmenorrhea. Also used for fever caused by the common cold or influenza.
1. A small number of patients may appear nausea, vomiting, stomach burning or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcer and bleeding, elevated transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain.
2. Rare skin rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal nipple necrosis or renal failure, and bronchospasm.
1. It is contraindicated for people allergic to other NSAIDs.
2. Pregnant women and lactating women are prohibited.
3. It is contraindicated for asthmatic patients who are allergic to aspirin.
1. This product is symptomatic medicine, and should not be used for a long time or in large quantities. It should not be used for more than 5 days for pain relief or more than 3 days for antipyretic.
2. Do not take other medicines containing antipyretic and analgesic (such as some combination anti-cold medicines) at the same time.
3. Do not drink alcohol or alcoholic beverages while taking this product.

4. When used with furosemide (furanilinic acid), the sodium expulsion and hypotensive effects of the latter are weakened; When used together with antihypertensive drugs, the antihypertensive effect of the latter was also reduced.

3. The plasma concentration reached the peak 1.2~2.1 hours after taking the drug. The plasma concentration was 22ug/ml ~ 27ug/ml at the dosage of 200mg, 23ug /ml ~ 45ug/ml at the dosage of 400mg and 43ug /ml ~ 57ug/ml at the dosage of 600mg.
