Main characteristics
  1. It adopts the automatic carton feeding, carton unfolding, inserting, batch number printing, carton sealing and rejection. The structure is compact and reasonable, operation and adjustment is simple.
  2. Servo motor, stepper motor, touch screen and PLC are introduced to the machine.
  3. Adopt photoelectric sensor for automatic detection and tracking, no material (blister pack or bottle) no carton feeding.
  4. Applicable for different dimension of cartons by adjusting.
  5. No change part is required for different dimension of cartons. You need to adjust the machine only. Production speed and output of finished product will be displayed on touch screen.
  6. Machine will stop if the product does not enter into the carton properly. Overload protection is available on the main motor.
  7. Protection cover is mounted on the machine.
  8. This machine can be linked with blister packing machine, sachet packing machine, bottle filling machine, labeling machine, film wrapping machine or any other machine by conveyor to compose complete production line.
  9. Material feeder and carton packing device can be customized to fit different product.
Hot melt glue sealing and cold glue sealing is available as an option.
