The shell of PE floater is made from medium density polyethylene material, has very good flexibility.Dredging floats are composed of two empty half shells and can be filled with closed cell PU foam. They are connected to the pipe by galvanized bolts, nuts and flat washer. It is filled with high-strength polyurethane foam.
PE Floats are generally moulded by a high wear resistant PE. The design is set up to achieve a strong but flexible float. Many different types of ring floats are available to suit requested application. The floater has good property of impact resistance, waves resistance, reasonable structure, easy assemble,very popular as floating material of dredging.With reasonable becomes the ideal substitution of the traditional steel floater for thr floating dredging pipes.
The hull of dredging floaters are made from PE material with good flexibility, and it is filled with high density polyurethane foam inside. With reasonable structure and good performances, the polyethylene dredging floaters are ideal to replace the steel pontoons for the floating discharging pipe.
