Stability: Only slightly soluble in petroleum distillate. Soluble in alcohols. Esters are soluble in oils. Aqua-Kleen*: Gray to tan granules with mild phenolic odor.
Toxicity: Oral LD50 (Rat)1, 100-4, 600 mg/kg. Dermal LD50 (Rabbit) >2, 000 mg/kg. Inhatation LC50: The dimethylamine and diethanolamine salts of 2, 4-D did not cause deaths at the highest doses tested.
