A: By sea to your nearest port or air are no problem. Normally we shipping by sea for save cost.

A: Yes of course, OEM printing logo is welcomed.

Q: Which logistic way you will ship the parcel?

A: By express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS)to your door, large quantity will by sea.

Q: My package has missing products. What should I do?

A: Please contact us timely and take all the products pictures together, at the same time we will confirm your order with our warehouse. We will offer best after service for you!

Q: If got broken items in my products . What should I do?

A:Send us picture at the first time when you got the package. We will replace it for you on next order or pay you back.
