EBSS buffer, which is Earle's Balanced Salt Solution, is one of the commonly used phosphate buffers in cell separation or culture. The main components are glucose, NaHCO3, NaCl, KCl and Na2HPO4, which have the functions of maintaining osmotic pressure, maintaining pH stability, and providing simple nutrition. It can be used for rinsing tissue blocks, organs or cells, transporting cells or tissues, preparing reagents for cell culture and diluent for cell counting in vitro experiments. Calcium, magnesium ion and phenol-red indicator can be added as needed.

EBSS buffer is sterilized by 0.1 μm filter, pH 7.0-8.1@25ºC, osmotic pressure 270-310 mOsm/kg, free of calcium and magnesium ions, and contains phenol-red indicator. Please refer to the product formula table on the official website for the specific content of each ingredient.

Storage and Transportation
Transport at room temperature; store at 2-8°C, valid for 24 months.
