Lab Manufactory Direct Balanced Salt Solution EBSS
Overviews
Earle's Balanced Salt Solution (EBSS) is one of the most commonly used phosphate buffers in cell isolation and culture. The main components are glucose, NaHCO3, NaCl, KCl and Na2HPO4, which can maintain osmotic pressure, maintain pH stability, provide simple nutrition and so on. It can be used for rinsing tissue blocks, organs or cells in in vitro experiments, cell or tissue transportation, preparation of reagents for cell culture and diluent for cell counting. Calcium, magnesium ion and red indicator can be added as needed.
It is filtered and sterilized by 0.1 μm, pH 7.0-7.5@25ºC, osmotic pressure 270-310 MoSM /kg, contains calcium and magnesium ions, and does not contain red indicator. For the specific content of each ingredient, please check the product recipe table on the official website.
Storage and transportation
Room temperature transportation; storage at 2-8°C, valid for at least one year.
