Dredge Pipe Floats/HDPE pipe floats/Polypipe Floats/floating dredge/Pipeline floats  outer shell is made from high wear resistant LDPE material with excellent flexibility by rotational molding technology, filled inside with high strength polyurethane closed-cell foam. The Dredge Pipe Floats/Floaters are designed to be supplied with SUNPLAST HDPE dredge pipe & flexible rubber hoses, and it can provide sufficient buoyancy to assure the dredge pipeline floating above the water level.

SUNPLAST Dredge Pipe Floats/Floaters are normally produced into YELLOW or BLUE colors that to act as warning signs to other vessels nearby. The other colors can also be made as per requests.

To assure long-time service outside, a UV stabilizer must be added to while manufacturing, which ensure the Dredge Pipe Floats/Floaters have a good UV-stabilization.

SUNPLAST Dredge Pipe Floats/Floaters are composed by two halves, the inside diameter of pipe floats will be same (or slight smaller) to HDPE dredge pipe's outer diameter, so the Dredge Pipe Floats can be fixed tightly on the HDPE dredge pipe without slipping. Two halves of pipe floats are connected by bolts/nuts that are made by galvanized steel (or stainless steel if request).

The dredge pipe floats/floaters' I.D. shall be same or slight smaller than HDPE dredge pipe's O.D., so they will not slip while fixed on the HDPE dredge pipe.

HDPE Dredge Pipe & Dredge rubber hoses
Normally, the dredge pipe floats are assembled together with HDPE dredge pipe & rubber hose. Besides of dredge pipe floats, SUNPLAST can also provide HDPE dredge pipes & dredge rubber hoses:

HDPE dredge pipe
The dredge pipeline can be supplied with flanges at both ends, available for a diameter of DN110mm to DN1200mm in different wall thickness SDR33-SDR9. The steel flanges normally drilled into EN1092 standard, or as per customer's request.

Suction/discharging rubber hoses
Rubber hoses are made of strengthen vulcanized rubber, assembled with flanges at both ends. The rubber hose can make the whole pipeline more flexible, and reduce the wobble caused by sea wave.

Rubber hoses can be serviced max. PN15 bars, and can be customized made as per dredge pipe.
