Swing Arm System Structure

The swing arm mechanism is composed of a steel plate to form a box-shaped structure. Its main function is to drive the swing arm to rotate around the axis by a multi-way valve control oil cylinder. The rotation angle is 145°, which can lift the hopper and tilt the hopper.

Swing arm garbage truck hopper:

The hopper is a metal welded part, and it has two forms: open and sealed. After the bulk cargo is loaded into the hopper, hang the hoisting chain, and the hopper can be hoisted onto the truck by operating the swing arm. When unloading, operate the swing arm to lift the hopper, and after landing, remove the hoisting chain at one end to operate the hopper to discharge. The tipping angle of the hopper can reach 86°.
