This machine is mostly used lateral composing, automatic rolling, automatic laying of the veneer with thickness of 1.0-3.6mm (commonly known as sandwich skin),in the production of laminated wood, LVL, multilayer board, flooring substrate, furniture board, plywood, container board, melamine board, block board. In the area of international and domestic plywood production process ,it is the first program designer and implementer using the rolled veneer, change the traditional manual planking process, to achieve the plywood planking automation, continuous and economizing.

4. Working principle:
core veneer (1.2-3.6mm thickness) after dying may have different length and thickness, and the shapes may get irregular. This machine can detect the width, thickness, cavities of the panels, and have them rimmed, glued, spliced, cut to length and stacked automatically. with this machine, customized board of different sizes an be spliced.
