Application

1.Invertase hydrolyzes sucrose to equal glucose and fructose for producing invert syrup.Invert syrup can inhibit sucrose crystallization and improve the sweetness,enhance the flavor and color features in food.
2.Add 100000 SU invertase into 1kg sugar syrup(60%,55ºC), it is completely hydrolyzed within 2 hours.If focus on cost,add 20000 SU invertase into 1kg sugar syrup(60%,55ºC) which can be hydrolyzed within 12 hours.
