1. MANUFACTURE

Advantages: Having many years experience in mechanical manufacture. Being equipped with advanced processing equipment. Possessing excellent senior technicians with professional training.
Quality Control: We have independent QC departments both in the company and factories which strictly control the quality of each process to enable our production lines to reach Chinese National Standards, even International Standards.
2. INSPECTION

Inspected by the Sellers: After completing the manufacturing and assembling of the equipment, we will test the machines and commissioning in the workshop.
Inspected by the Buyers: After confirmation of a sound work of the line, we will invite our customer to send their representatives to inspect the production lines in our factories.
If necessary, we could request an international inspection organization to make further inspection.

3. INSTALLATION AND COMMISSION
Our company has plenty of excellent technicians who have experienced many big projects abroad, and achieved success. Therefore, from the foundation to commissioning, they are competent to instruct the customers how to construct the foundation and build the workshop, and to associate them to complete the work of installation and commissioning.

Q1:What is the delivery time of this LNG storage tank?

A1:The delivery time of gas storage tank is usually within 90 days once the deposit received and product drawing confirmed

Q2:What is your production standard? Can you manufacture your products under ASME standard?

A2:Our products are designed, manufactured and tested as per reference standards of GB150, safety technology supervision regulations of pressure vessels and some other reference Chinese standards.

Our company has obtained the A2 and C2, C3 Pressure Vessel Fabrication Certificates, Grade GC1 Pressure Pipe & Vessel Construction Certificates, ISO9001 Quality Certificate, ASME Certificate. If you ask for ASME stamp, we are able to manufacture your products under ASME standard.

Q3:What's the warranty for the storage tanks?

A3:Our warranty is one year after shipment. Within one year, we will send broken spare parts at our expense upon request if it is proved to be our production defect. In fact, we rarely receive any spare parts request. If the tanks are maintained properly, they can be used for 15-20 years.
