Product description:
A series of polyester based powder coatings designed for coating metal products, single coat finish.
The appearance of this type of powder ranges from smooth, texture, gloss, semi-gloss, metallic and wooden finish.
Available in qualified epoxy polyester resin and pigment, they are tough, attractive,
and demonstrated outstanding physical properties and overbaking resistance.

Shelf life:
Store under cool, dry conditions below 35° C.
It is recommended that the material be used within 6 months.
It should be inspected agin on the quality if expire.

Pretreatment:
For optimum coating performance the following pretreatments are recommended prior to the application.
The pretreatment should be used in accordance to the suppliers recommendations.
n order to get the best adhesion, the substrate of aluminium should be treated by yellow or green chromate in terms of ISO/DIN50939.
The final rinsing with demineralized water is made. Also the dry oven temperature should be below 90° C,
so that the best adhesion and outdoor durability could be guarantee.

Applying technology:
Application is by manual or automatic electrostatic or tribo gun spray equipment.
Unused powder can be reclaimed and recycled through the coating system.
