The medical molecular sieve oxygen generation system uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA). In order to fully consider the current situation of Chinese hospitals and the demand for medical oxygen, the "HHO-Y" series of medical molecular sieve oxygen generation systems have been specially developed. The equipment adopts domestic and foreign excellent brands and has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving. The air purification dryer (HCH series) carefully developed by our company is used, which has the advantages of energy saving and electricity saving compared with ordinary refrigerated dryers. In addition, our company has also equipped the system with multiple air purification filter devices. During the oxygen production process, air raw materials and finished oxygen are purified layer by layer to ensure that users use healthy and safe oxygen.
Working Principle
It is meticulously developed using the PSA pressure swing adsorption principle, using high-quality oxygen-making molecular sieve as the adsorbent, and directly separating and producing oxygen from the air at room temperature. Compressed air that has been cleaned and purified. Entering the adsorption tower equipped with molecular sieve, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water in the air are adsorbed in a large amount in the solid phase of molecular sieve, and oxygen is enriched and output in the gas phase due to the small adsorption capacity. When the adsorption of the adsorbent reaches saturation, the pressure is reduced to desorb and regenerate the zeolite molecular sieve, so that the zeolite molecular sieve can be reused. The system is equipped with two adsorption towers, one for adsorption and oxygen production, and one for desorption and regeneration. The imported PLC is used to control the cycle and alternate two towers to achieve continuous production of high-quality oxygen.
