Function introduction

This machine is composed of an inner ear loop welding machine and a conveyor. It has the functions of inner ear band welding, edging welding, edging cutting and mask output, and realizes the automatic
production of inner ear band welding of 3 to 4 layers of masks. (The size of the mask can be customized according to customer needs). It can be connected to a mask body making machine or a distributing mask body pieces machine. This machine adopts servo drive, precise transmission and adjustable speed.

4. The frame structure is made of aluminum alloy, and the key parts are made of stainless steel. The

5. The man-machine interface is set in Chinese and English, and the parameter setting and adjustment
are simple and convenient. A third language can also be added according to user needs.
6. Adopting 4-axis 4-servo control system, the whole machine is fully electric control, no need to use
compressed air, the equipment runs stably, adjustment is simple and easy to operate. Using square
spot welding head, the spot welding position is accurate, and the spot welding effect is firm and
beautiful.
