2.Function of Naringin dihydrochalcone powder

(1) Acting as a new kind of sweetener,and it is 500 to 700 times than sucrose, low calorific value, non-toxic.
(2) Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antivirus.

(1) As a flavour enhancer, Naringin dihydrochalcone powder is used in a wide range of products. It is noted particularly for enhancing sensory effects.An example of this is 'creaminess' in dairy foods such as yogurt and ice cream.
(2) Use in naturally bitter products. Pharmaceutical companies are fond of the product as a means of reducing the bitterness of pharmacological drugs in tablet form.

Function:1. Enhance the action of Vitamin C: relief the blood cell coagulation in conjunctiva of guinea pig due to lack of Vitamin C; it is also reported that it can reduce blood cell coagulation in horse. The life span of tats is prolonged when the product is fed with thrombogenic feed or feed that may cause atherosis. Can raise the Vitamin C concentration in adrenal gland, spleen and white blood cell in guinea pig.
