Because it has the function of strongly decomposing fibrin and the blood clot, therefore especially is remarkable effect on the medical application.

Usage suggestion
The suitable reaction condition is 40--45ºC and pH 6.0-6.8,and the optimum temperature and pH will be changed by the sort and concentration of the substrate.
